Refunds

Last updated 13 August 2026. This page applies to invoiced studio fees. This website does not take payment.

Eligibility

Refunds are available only for fees actually paid to Devpacketbase against an invoice for a Desk Pass, Atelier Seat, Conservatory Year, or a dated add-on workshop. Informal deposits promised in chat but never invoiced are not refundable because they were never collected.

Company-paid seats are refunded to the paying entity, not to the individual who attended, unless the invoice was in the individual’s name.

Timeframe

For an Atelier Seat or live workshop, you may request a full refund up to 14 days after the invoice is paid and before the first live session (or before recording access is first opened, whichever comes first).

For a Desk Pass, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if fewer than two recorded modules have been opened. After two modules are opened, Desk Pass fees are no longer fully refundable.

Full or partial refund

If you withdraw after the first live session of Signal Path Studio but before the end of week three, we may offer a partial refund of 50% of the Atelier Seat fee, less any non-refundable items listed below. After week three, live cohort fees are not refunded except where Thai consumer law requires otherwise or where we cancel the cohort.

If Devpacketbase cancels a cohort or workshop and cannot offer a date within 90 days that you accept, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that cancelled item.

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs you incur (travel to Yannawa, warehouse cloud bills, messaging-vendor licences) are never refunded by us. Conservatory Year quarterly clinics that have already taken place are not refunded. Guest PM sessions that you missed without notice are not refunded as a line item; they are part of the Atelier Seat.

Custom private workshops scoped outside the published catalogue are refundable only as stated on that workshop’s invoice.

Cancellation by you

Write to the desk before the relevant deadline. “Cancellation” means you will not attend and will not keep recording access. If you only want to move to a later cohort, say so; a transfer is not automatically a refund. Transfers are offered when the next cycle has a seat, not as a right to freeze fees indefinitely.

Refund process

Email info@devpacketbase.digital with the invoice number, the name on the invoice, and whether you seek a full refund, a partial refund, or a cohort transfer. We confirm eligibility within five working days. Approved refunds are issued by the same method as the original payment (bank transfer to the account that paid the invoice, unless that account is closed and you provide another in the paying entity’s name).

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 15 working days. Thai bank transfer timing after initiation is outside our control and often takes two to five additional working days. We will send a confirmation when the transfer is initiated.

Refund method

We do not refund in cash at the Sathupradit Road office. We do not refund onto a card that never charged us, because this site has no checkout. Foreign-currency original payments are refunded in Thai baht at the rate our bank applies on the payout date, unless the invoice specified otherwise.

Exceptions

If illness or a documented emergency prevents attendance after week three, we may, at our discretion, offer a transfer to a later Atelier cycle instead of money back. If warehouse access never materialises and you told us that honestly before invoicing, we would rather decline the seat than refund after week three — ask for a fit conversation first.

Statutory rights under Thai law that cannot be waived remain available. This page does not replace those rights.
