Signal Path Studio
Twelve weeks on lifecycle messaging analytics. You instrument one live journey, defend a holdout, and write a ledger a product manager can take into a Tuesday stand-up.
Who it is for
Product analysts, CRM leads, and growth PMs who already send push, in-app, email, or SMS and cannot defend the recap. You should be comfortable writing joins. If you only work in a drag-and-drop BI tool, plan to pair with a teammate for weeks 3–4.
Cohort 08 opens 14 September in Yannawa, with remote office hours for analysts elsewhere in Thailand and the region. Nineteen live hours. Seats follow teaching load.

- Rebuild a message as a timeline: queued, delivered, rendered, ignored, acted on.
- Design a holdout small enough to ship and honest enough to trust.
- Annotate Thai calendar effects before you claim a messaging win.
- Write a journey ledger that separates presence from causation.

What the twelve weeks contain
- Message as an event, not a blast. Event grain, identity pitfalls, and why “campaign” is a reporting fiction.
- Delivery, bounce, and suppression. Quiet-hour policy as data, not folklore.
- Render and attention windows. Lock-screen opens versus in-app impression time. SQL lab on mute state.
- Holdouts that survive product politics. Rotating splits, contamination, the one-paragraph risk note.
- Channel interference. Push, in-app, email, SMS claiming the same return.
- Quiet hours and frequency caps. Shared with Quiet Hours Lab; studio students go deeper on joins.
- Thai calendar effects. Songkran, payday cycles, mid-year sales. Shared language with Cohort Threading.
- Reporting a PM will read. One page, one caveat, no last-touch theatre.
- Warehouse access clinic. BigQuery and Snowflake notebooks; CSV fallback is possible but slower.
- Capstone instrumentation. You pick one 30-day journey from your product (or a sanitised studio dataset).
- Guest PM review. A Bangkok product manager marks readability, not vanity metrics.
- Ledger defence. Written notes from faculty. Alumni thread opens the week after.
Instructor
Kamonwan Srisawat
Former analytics lead at a Bangkok super-app, now faculty for Signal Path Studio. Kamonwan designed the Lifecycle Atlas after watching three different channels take credit for the same payday return. She still marks capstones by hand.
Office hours: Tuesday and Thursday evenings in Yannawa, with a remote slot for regional seats.
Informational fee
An Atelier Seat for Signal Path Studio is listed at ฿24,500. Desk Pass recordings of selected modules are ฿8,900. Conservatory Year includes one Atelier Seat plus quarterly clinics at ฿61,000. These figures are not a cart. Enrolment is invoiced after a fit conversation.

The SQL labs in week 3 assumed more warehouse access than my team actually has. I finished on exported CSVs. Possible, slower than advertised.
Questions we actually get
Do I need a customer data platform?
No. Several strong capstones ran on warehouse tables plus CSV exports. A CDP does not replace holdout design or calendar annotation.
Is there a real limitation I should know before invoicing?
Yes. We do not cover building a CDP from scratch, and the SQL labs assume you already write joins confidently. Analysts who only work in a drag-and-drop BI tool usually struggle in weeks 3–4 unless they pair with a teammate. If your company will not let you query mute state or holdout flags at all, the flagship will frustrate you — take Quiet Hours Lab theory first, or wait until access exists.
Can my whole team sit together?
Yes. Group invoices are arranged by email. We still cap live office-hour size so faculty can mark work. See contact.
What if I miss a live session?
Recordings go up within two working days. Capstone review and the guest PM session are not fully replaceable by video; if you know you will miss week eleven, tell the desk before you enrol.
